PAYMENT
Is due at the time of booking and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment should be made in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, except if the booking is cancelled by meribel transfers.com due to circumstances beyond our control.

CONFIRMATION.
Will be sent via email for you to print out.You should ensure that your confirmation is presented to the driver for both the outbound and return transfer as this acts as your ticket and receipt of payment.

LUGGAGE
Is limited to 3 items per person including snowboard/skis/boot bag. We must be advised of any excess at the time of booking.

NON-SMOKING
In compliance with French Law all transfers are non-smoking.

ALCOHOL
No alcohol may be consumed on our vehicles and we reserve the right to refuse transport to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances. In this event no refund will be made and you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements.

FORCE MAJEURE.
We can not accept responsibility for changes to, or cancellation of, transfer arrangements caused by events beyond our control.

For example, changes caused by war, threat of war, riots, civil strike, stikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure of airports, closure of roads, adverse weather conditions, heavy snow, avalanche or similar events changes to international transport laws and regulations, beyond our control.

Similarly we cannot accept responsibility for any additional accomodation or flight/travel cost or subsequent loss of wages as a result of these events. Our liability in any of these events is strictly limited to a refund of the transfer cost.
